Returns

Here at 3annies we want you to be delighted with your 3ANNIES purchase.  if you do not love her please let us know. We will gladly refund or exchange new, unused merchandise with original ticketing and dustbags, however there is no refund on SALE items so please choose carefully. Your purchase must be returned within 14 days from our original shipping date.

Please email us at support@3annies.com with the subject line “Returns Enquiry”. We will then email you the necessary paperwork to fill out, which should be included in your parcel when you return the bag.

All return costs for “change of minds” will be the customers responsibility and 3annies will not be held responsible for any losses incurred on the return trip. It would be a safer alternative for returns to be sent via registered mail or registered satchel. For your own protection please be sure to obtain tracking information and appropriate insurance coverage from your preferred shipping company. If you are buying internationally please make sure you choose carefully because your return freight costs could be high.

Once your package has been received and inspected your refund will be processed within 10 days. If there is a refund due the payment will be issued in the original form of payment.

If an item is returned and cannot be resold due to the poor condition it is in, the order will be returned to the customer and additional charges will apply.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on returned items.

Exchanges

If you receive your purchase and love her but decide you would rather swap her for another bag, you may return it for an exchange.  The bag must be returned within 14 days of our original shipping date and must be in an unused new condition with all original swingtags and packaging.

Please email support@3annies.com with email subject line “Exchange Enquiry”. We will then email you the address to return your parcel to and the necessary paperwork to fill out, which should be included in your parcel when you return the bag.
