How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is SOLD OUT, it will be mentioned online.

If you would like to inquire about a sold out item, please contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@3annies.com for assistance.

Do 3annies offer a layby service?

As an on-trend camera/handbag manufacturer we constantly produce limited numbers of certain colours and leathers. Our promise is to keep the label fresh with up to the minute designs, unfortunately we are unable to offer a layby service at this time because styles are changing regularly.

What cards/payment options does 3annies accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards. Shopper can also checkout using PayPal.

Paypal is a very quick and easy way to make payment for your order, as the amount is charged immediately. This is the best payment option for International customers who do not own a credit card. If you are not already registered with Paypal, it is very simple to join www.paypal.com

Please note your card will be debited at the time of order purchase and the transaction will appear on your statement as “Waspz Pty Ltd”

What currency do you use?

All prices online are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST.

Which company do you use for shipping?

For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers

For overseas orders we use Australia Post Express Courier International. See shipping costs.

Will we pay any extra for our purchase to overseas addresses, ie. duty or taxes?

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. If these duties or taxes are incurred they will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note also, that is a requirement of the Australian export law that we declare the true value of the goods when filling out shipping documents. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Can you deliver to our workplace address and PO Boxes?

Yes we can deliver to your workplace. Please include your company name, address and phone number, when completing the delivery details. For ease of delivery we also deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please note Fastway Courier does not deliver to PO Boxes, and in these cases we us Australia post Satchels at $17

Are the 3annies Bags in any retail shops?

No we are currently only offering 3annies to all our special customers online.

I’ve looked online at all the camera bags and would like further personal help deciding which bag is right for me?

Here at 3annies we believe in the personal touch and are always willing to help, simply send us an email to support@3annies.com with subject line titled…”Request Phone Chat” and one of the girls will give you a call….

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes we do, just email us and also take a look in our online store.

Are the bag colours pictured on the website true colour?

Warranty and Returns

What is the warranty?

All our products come with a limited manufacturers 6 month warranty (from the date of your purchase) that covers original workmanship and any faults or blemishes that may have sneaked past our expert team at 3ANNIES.

General wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Scratches, ripping, deep marks, tears or damage to all parts of the bag caused by general everyday will not be covered under this warranty.

I received my order but have changed my mind can I return it?

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your 3annies purchase please email us support@3annies.com and call subject line “Returns Enquiry”. We will then email you the necessary paperwork to fill out, which MUST be included in your parcel when you return the bag. Your purchase must be returned within 7 days from our original shipping date.

We will gladly refund or exchange new, unused merchandise, with original ticketing and dust bags, in an unused condition with invoice attached. Customers who change their mind will be responsible for any freight costs.

If an item is returned and cannot be resold due to the poor condition it is in, the order will be sent back to the customer and additional charges will apply.

I received my order and I have changed my mind, can I return a bag that was on sale?

If you have changed your mind on a SALE priced item we will gladly exchange your item for one of our other lovely camera bags, however we do not refund on Sale items, so please choose carefully.
